Automated Washing and Drying System for Flat Glass

This machine consists of three separate wash zones – a pre-wash zone and two main wash zones – and is equipped with a total of six roller brushes. Special nozzles in the downstream drying zone dry the glass without leaving any residues while it passes through. Glass transport is controlled electronically. As an additional option, the rotation speed of the brushes can also be electronically controlled.

The roller brushes and transport devices automatically adjust to the current glass thickness. On request the system is also available with soft roller brushes for coated glass sheets.
