ZEPHYR 5 Axis CNC
The machine has 5 axis with linear and circular interpolation. X, Y, Z, A for head rotation and B for spindle inclination. The A axis can rotate 360° in continuous mode. The head can have a maximum inclination of +/- 90° to grind the bevel and the flat edge on high thikness glass by using cup wheels instead of peripheral wheels.
The machine is equipped with a cerium oxide spray unit for bevel polishing.
Zephyr can be customized as per customer request and can be equipped also with aggregate groups for grooving and sawing.
