Laminated Glass Cutting Machine

The VGS is a semi-automatic machine for cutting laminated glass sheets. The sheet is positioned and aligned manually. To facilitate this task, stop rollers are built in the air-cushion breakout table. The sheet is aligned using the integrated measuring tape and is held in place by suction cups.

Two jointly driven cutting heads cut the upper and lower glass sheet simultaneously. A er cutting, the upper and lower scores are opened with a separate breaking roller system, respectively. Optionally, two different heating systems are available for separating the laminating foil.
